Elections aren’t won by strangers.
They’re won by the people your supporters know.
Make It Personal turns each supporter’s list of family, friends and neighbors into a short list of people who still need to vote. Then it helps them make the call.

How it works
Nothing for anyone to learn. A link, a list and a phone call.
-
Invite supporters with a link.
Share your sign-up page by text, on social media or with a QR code at an event. Each supporter gets a personal link by email: no app, no password.
-
They list the people they know.
Family, friends, neighbors. A name is enough to start; a phone number and address help. One at a time, or many at once from a spreadsheet.
-
We match each name to your voter file.
The match happens inside your campaign’s own database. Volunteers never see the voter file, only the names they typed.
-
They call until those people vote.
As turnout records come in, people who have voted drop off the list. Volunteers tap to call from their own phone and say how it went in one tap. Your staff see the calls add up.

Built for the volunteers you actually have.
Your most dependable volunteers are often over 45, holding a phone at an event. Make It Personal is made for them, and works on any phone with nothing to install and nothing to train.
- Large type.
- Plain words.
- Any phone.
- No app.
Built in a real race.
Make It Personal was built for a real campaign and tested by real volunteers in the field. What they taught us is built in.
Shared lists, no double calls.
A town committee can work one list together. When someone taps to call, that person is held for them for 15 minutes, so two volunteers don’t dial the same neighbor.

Lists for town committees and clubs
Give each town committee, club or local group its own share of your voter file. Their leaders hand it out to members, and each member sees and calls only their own people. We’re building it now.
What happens to your voter file
Voter data is the most sensitive thing a campaign holds. This is exactly what we do with it.
Your own deployment.
Every campaign runs on its own deployment with its own database. Nothing is shared with another campaign, and we never hold a master voter file.
Volunteers never see the voter file.
They see the names they typed and whether each person has voted. Voter IDs never leave the server.
Staff sign in with two-factor.
Every staff account needs a password and a one-time code from an authenticator app.
Backups leave the voter file out.
Backups skip every voter-file row, are encrypted with your campaign’s own key and expire after 30 days.
Changes are on the record.
An audit log records who changed what and when. It keeps the names of the fields that changed, never their contents, and nothing personal goes into our logs.
Calls come from your volunteers’ phones.
No dialer and no texting platform. The people on a list are never emailed by us.
It ends with the election.
After Election Day, sign-ups close and lists become read-only. Then everything is deleted, backups included, and you get a signed deletion certificate.
